What is Try&Buy Puglia?
Try&Buy Puglia is an innovative service that combines authentic tourist experiences and professional real estate consultancy. It allows you to live Puglia like a local while exploring properties that could become your future home, accompanied by a dedicated Property Finder.
How does the Try Experience service work?
Choose one of our packages (from 3 to 14 days), stay in a typical Puglian accommodation managed by our partners, experience authentic local experiences, and during your stay, a dedicated Property Finder accompanies you in discovering properties that match the lifestyle you’re experiencing.
Am I required to buy a property?
Absolutely not! The Try Experience service is designed to let you experience the authentic Puglia. Property visits are an opportunity, not an obligation. You can simply enjoy the vacation without any purchase commitment.
How much does the Find & Buy service cost?
The property finding service is included in the Try Experience package. If you prefer only the real estate service without the tourist experience, contact us for a free personalized consultation. Our fee is applied only at the time of purchase completion.
Which areas of Puglia do you cover?
We operate in all major areas of Puglia: Valle d’Itria (Alberobello, Locorotondo, Cisternino), Salento (Lecce, Gallipoli, Otranto), Gargano (Vieste, Peschici), Adriatic Coast (Monopoli, Polignano a Mare) and Murgia. We have expert Finders in each area.
Can I customize my package?
Yes! All our packages are fully customizable. We can adapt the duration, type of accommodation, local experiences, and property visits according to your specific preferences and needs.
What exactly does a Try Experience package include?
Each package includes: accommodation in a typical structure, selected local experiences (food and wine tours, cooking classes, guided tours), assistance from a dedicated Property Finder, visits to properties selected based on your preferences, and a welcome kit with local products.
Who are the Property Finders?
Our Finders are certified real estate professionals, part of the Property Finder Italia network. They have lived and worked in the area for years, know the local market perfectly, and assist you in every phase of the purchase process, from visits to signing the deed.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 30 days in advance to ensure the availability of accommodations and Finders. For high season periods (June-September), it is preferable to book 60-90 days in advance.
Do you offer legal and tax assistance?
Yes, our service includes full legal and tax support. We assist you with document verification, urban compliance, cadastral status, and connect you with trusted accountants and notaries to handle all the bureaucratic aspects of the purchase.
Can I come with my family?
Certainly! Our packages can be adapted for families. We can include activities suitable for all ages and choose spacious accommodations that comfortably accommodate the whole family.
What happens after the Try Experience?
If you have found a property of interest, your Finder will continue to assist you in the purchase process. If you want to continue the search, we can arrange further visits. If you haven’t found anything, no problem: you will still have experienced an authentic Puglia experience!
